Constarso.
Constarso has old roots, old roots covered in blood, they were once the bannermen of the old lords that fled the old world, and would eventually form great protection rackets and mercenary groups, the families who ran these operations knew that they did have the ships to compete with the up and coming guilds, but could provice something else, muscles, and trained men-at-arms, for as long as men exist they will prey upon one another, and that is where they can earn their share. The Guild does any work imaginable, often working as convoys and pirate hunters, but it not uncommon for them to practice piracy themselves under another banner. Though the guild does prefer to fight at sea, there is little to no job they will not take, and may just as often find themselves as bouncers and hitmen.
Loyalty weighted in Gold
The gold holds no loyalties to anyone but themselves, and their families a fact that they are both sought for and loathed. For one never knows when they see their colours, if they have been hired to destroy you or simply on their way to another unfortunate target. The guild does however hold a sacred oath, if they are already paid to protect your assets, they will not attack them for another, a fact that often leads to hiring to prevent rivals from indirectly targeting them.Relentless
The Guild holds strict regulation on the termination of contracts, to maintain their reputation and honor. As such a contract can only be terminated by either it's fulfillment, or the opposing party paying an equal sum.Dwarfen Relations
Structure
The leadership of Constarso is structured around what they call, The Admiralty, a seat of three influential family leaders, though the titles were never meant to be inherited, they are often done so, as the next leader of the family inherit the shares and ships of their fore bearers.
These Admirals then direct and controll the three fleets, assigning themselves who leads each job and task that their contracts may bring.
Assets
Ships and skilled fighters are the Guilds main resources, aswell the plentiful amounts of gunpowder weapons bought from Tyros Shipping and even some exotic dwarfen weaponry.
