Gudbrand
Njalhard Gudbrand Ruhndarm
To his enemies he is fierce and fearless, to his friends he is joyful and boisterous, Gudbrand embodies the image of a Jorl to many, belevoant like the Stag, smart like the Raven, Fierce as the bear, and cunning as the wolf. Gudbrand served for 5 years abroad with the Ostfjorn regiments, earning him a reputation for violence and bravery amongst his peers, it wouldn't be long before he was leading men into battle.
Upon his return Gudbrand, was initially content to settle home, eager to return home, he found instead an improvised north, it's people dragged through conflict and starvation while Fjallir was at war, outraged he a series of trails and talks with the Jarls, gathering many to his call, he challenged the old Jorl claim to rule. A somewhat ill reputed figure in south for his inflammatory speeches, often calling southern nobles leaches, he preaches for strong north, and for cooperation or consequences to strenghting the northern Fjallir.
