The Shimmer Crow is capable of innate spell casting. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 16, +7 to hit with spell attacks)
Grasping Hands. If the Shimmer Crow hits a target within 5 feet of it with it's claws it may use it's bonus action to attempt to grapple the target. If it successfully grapples the target it is immediately restrained paralyzing hands. Keen Sight. The Shimmer Crow has advantage on wisdom(perception) checks that rely on sight. Shimmering. The Shimmer crow projects a magical illusion that makes projects multiple overlapping projections of itself, making it hard to pinpoint it's real location. Any attack roll against the Shimmer Crow has disadvantage while this is in effect. If the Shimmer Crow is hit by an attack this effect immediately ends until the start of it's next turn or if it's incapacitated.
Actions
Multiattack. The Shimmer Crow makes two attacks: one with its beak and two with its claws. Beak of Disruption. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage and 11(2d10) force damage. Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Reactions
Glimmer Burst. Upon taking damage from a hit, the Shimmer Crow can unleash a bright light from it's shimmering feathers, blinding the foe, the attacker must roll a constitution saving throw of 16 or become blinded until the end of their turn.
