Tyrant is a super villain and was one of the founding members of the League of Villainy.
Tyrant was a super soldier who defected.
Tyrant believed that humanity was destined to destroy itself, unless someone could control them. He viewed the rise of an O-Class superhuman as an inevitability and believed that the governments of the world would cause the end of the world by attempting to harness the powers of such a being for their own selfish ends. Similarly, he believed that the militaries of the world would destroy the globe in their attempt to achieve supreme martial dominance.
