Whisper is a super villain and was one of the founding members of the League of Villainy.
Whisper was born with his powers, but left deformed by an accident which boosted them.
Whisper believed capitalism was a fundamentally flawed system, and that the modern world was perverse and evil. He believed humanity could only prosper if the current system was burned to the ground.
