History
Originally created by Trifarihm the wizard, the orrery was the centerpiece of the Clifftop Observatory. Apart from the telescopes, the Orrery was an amazing feat of construction and magic.

The orrery is a one-of-a-kind design created by skilled wizards and artificiers in order to siphon draconic magic to keep track of celstial bodies around Toril. While the design looks like most other orrerys one would see in the observatories at Waterdeep or Neverwinter, it is far more accurate.
