Hero
Heroing is something that Powered individuals can do to use their abilities for the good of society! Heroing is a tough job which has many risks, but with the aid of the UOH as well as the satisfaction that comes with saving someone it can be quite rewarding!
Your first step is, of course, to register with The United Order of Heroes as a Hero. The UOH will provide you with a costume if you have none and will tutor you in the skills you need as well.
Career
Qualifications
Ideally we ask that you be at least 18 years of age and have Powers. Exceptions can be made to either of these under specific circumstances.
Career Progression
Some Heroes start out as Heroes and only gain acclaim and adoration from their civilians. Others will start out as Sidekicks and, given they survive longer than five years, will be automatically made Heroes unless both they and their Hero decide not to go that route. There is plenty of flexibility in this career!
Payment & Reimbursement
The UOH will pay you enough for your living expenses and then some!

Purpose
Heroes are there to protect civilians who are not lucky enough to have Powers. Whether that be from Villains or more mundane threats, Heroes will help whoever they are able.
Social Status
Heroes are often seen as celebrities! They are adored by those whom they protect! Who wouldn't want that?
