Joel Cain (a.k.a. Boxes)

Known primarily as Boxes. He's a Villain known to be much more dangerous than his current status as a minor Villain would suggest. His powerset is that he can summon boxes filled with smoke which can manipulate the minds of whoever inhales the smoke in whatever way Boxes wishes.
So far he's not used his powers for much besides personal gain, but who knows how long it will take before he wants even more than that.
