Silver City

A large city, famous for being the territory of the Hero Silver Shield. This is also where the headquarters for The New Guardians is located. There is no Supervillain with a claim over the city, though a seemingly constantly rotating cast of Villains continues to try their hand at claiming the city for their own.
It is rumoured that there is some form of government lab located in this city, though proof of such a thing has yet to be found.
