Fourth born of the Morgan octuplets. Freya is a physicist who currently works for a government body despite her strongly held anti-government views. She's more than a bit punk rock and has a fiery temper. She is also a bit opportunistic and might have taken her current job to gain funding and tools she wouldn't otherwise have access to.
Almost everyone in her life kind of expected her to go the Mad Scientist Villain route and is relieved that she appears to be staying on the straight and narrow, at least for now. There is still very much the sense that if she one day blows up her place of work and declares herself the Evil Overlord of Silver City, it wouldn't be much of a shock.
That's not to say that she's cruel. She isn't, she's very concerned with things like mutual aid and causing as little harm as possible. She's just also very smart and very angry.

Athletic and surprisingly muscular underneath her large coats.
Identifying Characteristics
She has a scar bisecting her lip on the left side from a foolish childhood accident. She pretends that she got in from something cool and mysterious rather than from falling out of a tree and into a creek full of rocks.
Special abilities
Freya has the ability to control the speed at which light travels. She can also turn chunks of light solid to form things like shields or steps to walk on. Unbeknownst to her, she can also project her consciousness into alternate versions of herself as a silent observer.
