A List of Names

During Down Below, in Ottos' Warehouse' the players came across two bedrolls with manacles next to them. Tucked under a bedroll was a list of names written upon a parchement. The hidden names of multiple player characters may be found on this list. The Company Wizards collectively remind everyone that potent magicks can be cast using a real or 'True Name'.
This quest picks up hours after Down Below as you investigate the passageway found behind the statue.
