One of two crossings between Totenschutz and Wolfsmatze, the Hebenbrucke is a drawbridge which can be raised to allow small boats to pass on the Aalbach inside the city wall — it is not navigable beyond that point. The other bridge, Stelzbrucke, is raised higher above the river. - Salzenmund
