Description

Mollie Lingeld is a relatively small and unassuming woman who is inclined to be soft-spoken and calm. Despite her disarming exterior, she is a seasoned adventurer and a deadly sharpshooter. She has very little tolerance for what she deems “a fuss.” On the one hand, this means she’s much more likely to try and solve problems peacefully than your typical mercenary. On the other, it also means she tends to end fights quickly and decisively, and considering her weapon of choice, it’s wise not to push her to this point.
She genuinely values the relative peace the denizens of Leetown have made together. Her skill and loyalty command respect from the townsfolk, and has just as little patience with trouble-making outsiders as the rest of them. Seeing some bull-headed troublemaker approach her as if she’s some sort of pushover is something of a spectator sport for the townsfolk, who always enjoy seeing someone very quickly and painfully taught the error of their ways when it comes to underestimating Mollie.

History and Career

A run of bad luck in her home city of Cherut Das, The Floating City saw her removing herself to Stone's Throw, where she was hired by Kwa’chir’hoo’kah’tu’a early in his career as a bodyguard.
She found the adventuring prospecting life to be much more enjoyable than she’d expected. There was plenty of excitement to be found out on the sands, and Mollie earned her pay many times over as the prospecting duo ran up against fierce competition. Mollie’s propensity for careful, analytic, level-headed approach to conflict often ended battles before they began, or at the very least started fights in her group’s favor.
The discovery of the large deposit of The Stump marked a new chapter in her life and solidified her partnership with Kwa’chir. Mollie continues to work with her companions to ever-more-firmly establish Leetown as a long-term settlement.
