Brotherhood of the Harp

Structure

The order is made up of many, small, usually disconnected Cells. Members of a cell work closely within their localized chain of command, but may have no clue that other people they interact with regularly are also members but from a different cell. Cells are typically kept secret from one another for safety and anonymity.


Cells are typically made up of Watchers, with every 10 to 12 watchers reporting to a Shadow.
Shadows act as both leaders and scouts or chroniclers, recording things for future reference. They report to Brights.
Brights act as lore masters and storytellers, in addition to stockpiling magical items and knowledge to aid the cause. Each one reports to an Owl.
Owls act as guardians of their home cell, as well as representatives when reaching out to possible allies or new members. These in turn report to a Grand Harp.
Each of the Grand Harps report directly to the leader of the organization, the Exquisite Harp.

Culture

Veiled in secrecy, this altruistic organization works in the shadows to try and better the world.
