Fotia’Savra
"This far ranging tribe of red or black scaled Kobolds is best known for their use of Fire-bombs in combat. While they are typically best avoided, sometimes bands of Fotia can be hired as mercenaries. The fire bombs they carry are small clay pots, topped with a flammable sap or resin Cap. Often traveling in groups of well regimented order, 14 Fire Throwers, flanked by 10 Warriors and led by a single Captain. Among the Fotia, Magic is very rare (which is part of the reason they have developed a Non-magical method of area damage), and they are naturally untrusting of Wizards, Sorcerers or other mages." - 'A Military Assesment of the modern Draconid', by General Arten Avres.
