Sandiid
Settled Peoples of the Sand
"We have been here for centuries, farming, hunting and trading to build a life. Our ancestors were the Al'Kemri, and their slaves, but we live here in the hopes of providing a more pleasant history for this land" - Sandstones Village Elder
Structure
A loose conglomeration of provincial towns, working together to prosper in a harsh and unforgiving land.
Public Agenda
The Sandiid work hard to provide all they need with as little outside influence as possible. This is not to say however that they shun trade or avoid contact with the outside world, they simply wish to be as self-reliant as possible.
Assets
Several small towns and villages, the largest of these is likely Sandstones. They have access to most trade-able goods, including food, water, wine, bricks, sandstone, silk, furs, and livestock.
Demography and Population
Mostly Human (60% Human, 20% Halfling, 10% Dwarf, 5% Half Elf, 5% other)
Foreign Relations
Friendly with neighboring tribes and settlements, though cautions about aggressive tribes or creatures (such as the Uurd).
Mythology & Lore
Sandstones, and the surrounding Sandiid settlements primarily worship at temples of the Dawn and Dusk. However other faiths are well respected within their territories.
