Lansan Grand Duchy

The Lansan Grand Duchy is a consolidation of Ducy’s with an elected Grand Duke and Council establishment of notary nobility. The duchy is a place of spies, treachery, grandiose and style. The noble class don’t care how you act as long as you look good doing it. The intrigue and gossip rule, as they think it should. If you like chivalry, and all that comes, Lansan is the place for you.
For the serfs and civilians it is a safe yet degrading life for most. Many are indentured servants to nobles up and down the country. Whilst it is incredibly uncouth to treat people like slaves in the Duchy, as to do so would be barbaric, it isn’t unheard of.

Davana Cliffs

A beautiful set of cliffs on the southernmost coast, most known as a safe place and quite the tourist attraction.

The Bay of Gold

The bay of gold is the bay that leads to the City of golder. Named as much for how the light catches the water at dawn as well as the vast amounts of literal gold it brings into the country. Prime thief territory.

The Brattle Hills

The Hills of Brattle are a vast hill scape that goes on for miles, spanning from horizon to horizon. It was once a battlefield. Some say that you can sometimes hear the clash of steel as you walk the plains. Others say that if you find a sword of the fallen there, you’re being granted luck from one of the fallen.

Hob-goblins

A race of goblin folk who most others dislike. They stand taller, stronger and are more intelligent. Many rival the intelligence of other humanoids. However, they do not integrate often with the wider world, due to their strict tribal codes that force them to act as war nomads that take what they need and drift away. They are not native to Lasan, but there are a few tribes in their lands.

Hippogriffs

The mount of the noble class, hippogriff are hard to tame but fiercely loyal and diligent mounts capable of flight. They are considered to be beautiful, built like horses with eagle wings, heads and talons. They are as tough and strong as horses yet are often more unruly, with prominent personalities.

Intellect Devourers

Nobody knows where they’re coming from but for some strange reason Intellect devourers have been being spotted. The assumption is there is a Mind Flayer somewhere in the wilderness but nobody is yet to find it.
