Okthan, the faceless

A deity of death Okthan is often more known as the faceless. In some who have died or had near death experience whilst alone, with nobody to witness it is said that a skeleton dressed in black robes may appear. Those who survived and saw this deity claim it would sit or stay by them as they inched closer to death. Their fear for the end was fading as they no longer faced it alone. Yet these people survived, and many feel compelled to enter themselves into this entity's service and attempt to guide those near death in their final moments. These people identify themselves the same way as Okthan, wearing a golden mask/helmet and black robes.
