Ruina

Ruina is the shattered moon of Hir. It exists as a constant amongst all the Real-planes within the Planes of existence. The legend of it's destruction is lost to time as the current speculation is that it happened around fourty thousand years ago. There are however very old tomes that predate the cataclysm that show it as whole. This cataclysm also rocketed parts of the damaged object into Hir. It is said that this Ruina-rock has certain magical properties and is therefore incredibly valuble.
