Sivitas

The capital of Rethenia , Sivitas is a clerical city where the pious reign supreme. Their place of worship, Sivitas Cathedral, is a large estate located just outside of the city, within viewing distance towards the forests. It therefore carries a vast amount of protection, being one of the safest regions for a few hundred miles from monsters and more trivial things like disease or injury.
The people are however not so devout which makes for an awkward tone sometimes. A brothel three streets down from a chapel creates a strange dynamic and the odd fight, but the liberated nature of Sivitas makes money and lots of it. Not matter how a religious order complains it can't stem or stop the flow of less than couth trades. On the whole though everybody gets along.
