Lord Derigan Maltreb

Head of his namesake house House Maltreb. Derigan was placed in charge of Kvant after the Kvant Prison Riot. He was appointed by King Alaric due to his notorious treatment of criminals. An efficient leader, at the cost of cruelty to those who attempt to challenge or subvert that leadership. Peasants under his rule are known to refer to him as "Hangman Derigan", though never loud enough for it to be overheard.
