Crystalis

A city floating far above the land, hidden with illusion magic to disguise it as a large collection of clouds passing overhead. Home to many aasimar, air elementals, djinn, and air genasi. Crystalis is the remnant of the Planar Calamity, the final and still undiscovered stronghold of Breyze.
Those who remain have split the city into two halves. Aasimar and Air Genasi inhabit the Subward District. The bottom half of the city where the city is held together with dense magic, the artificially implanted circular leyline providing solid ground for buildings. Air Elementals, Djinn, and other beings native to the elemental plane of Air live in the Skyward District. Where the magic is less dense and the physical position of these beings reinforces their social positions.
