Hearty races, covered with draconic scales and filled with draconic blood inhabit this region. The only permanent settlements being those warded with magic against the terrible storms.
Tribes of kobolds rove the dangerous wilderness of the Dragon Plains, with some living in the Dragonborn cities and servants and slaves.
