The Ghost Council

Kelkoria is the name given to three spirits who have combined themselves into the form of a single spirit, they rule over the Ghostwood and the ruins throughout the forest. Kelkoria has 3 personalities that dominate their ghostly form. The first spirit that is part of Kelkoria is Haurn, a human cobbler, he embodies being headstrong, abrasiveness, and diplomacy. The second spirit is Nar'Illa, an elvish scout, she embodies secrecy, caution, and thoroughness. The third spirit is Thrume a halfling baker, she embodies joy, passion, and kindness while ruling the dead city.
