Toram, The Cradle of Creation

A majestic ringed city sitting atop a hill. The hill has been carved into flat rings upon which the city rests.
The streets are covered in stone brick mosaics.
A number of elves emigrated from the Emerald Divide centuries ago, they have planted forests within the city walls, there are a large number of natural parks within each ring as a reminder of the natural beauty of the world. Each year to show their appreciation and love for the arts, The Prism Festival is hosted here to show off the arts and encourage artisans to come together to innovate and share with each other.

Demographics

The kingdoms love and support of the arts encourage a very diverse population and support a large lower and middle class of farmers, craftsmen, and knights.

Government

Toram is ruled by a Queen and King from the royal family who act as the head of state and oversee all major decisions made within the capital as well as the rest of the Kingdom. Their duties are distributed among the Orders of the Seven Queens.
