Tybern

A sprawling city with wide open courtyards where eldritch knights are trained and bard colleges thrive. The large courtyards that dot the city are prime locations for both knightly duels and loud songs. There are many travelers who come far and wide to enjoy the spectator sports and to try their hand at these crafts.

Government

Officially Tybern is goverened by Medrano City, but the rowdyness of its people often find the loudest and proudest taking charge of adminstrative decisions.

Districts

Upper Quarters are built on a hill within the city walls, the steep roads to the top of the Upper Quarters are traversed by trolleys and those who live on the slope between.   Silvertown is the district surrounding the Coliseum, which boasts sturdy brick buildings and wide pastures. Many knights and their horses reside here, as well as skilled craftsmen who make their fortune on repairing armor and tools post duels.   The Racket is a neighbourhood near Roothome and the other bard colleges, it boasts many markets and clustered dorms where students flood the streets during the day. At night it lights up as Nightclubs and Bars are populated with exhausted students looking to relax or prove their worth and pay their tuition.   Lower Quarters is the district at the bottom of the hill, and is a modest is poorer district as waste and water runs down the stone streets of the Upper Quarters. The Lower Quarters is a primarily residential district of rows of strangely shaped stone and wood homes. Most of the working class and tradespeople live in the Lower Quarters and maintain shop in the Upper District or Silvertown.
