Boulin
Boulin was founded by Boudicca a few years into the Second Era as New Gods began to pop up around the country. With the founding of the city Boulin came thr founding of the Country of Lokrein as a whole.
Though Mothnir is the political center of the world, Boulin is where the world court resides. In Boudiccas courthouse only the most serious cases are presided. Often matters regarding the balance of Law and Chaos, Boudicca herself lords over these cases. With the assistance of her crown that generates an infallible zone of truth, case outcomes are decided on whatever best settles the world back into Neutrality.
Outside of this court system, however, Boulin doesnt have much in the realm of tourism and contains the nessicary shops and accommodations to keep the citizenry happy and comfortable.
