Zhupin Jaavat, the Lady of Paracer is the ruler of the Paracer Ascension.
She led a coup against her uncle and assumed the rulership of the Paracer Ascension in 1471 after she had her uncle held prisoner and then executed for failure to rever the gods.

Has ruled the Paracer Ascension since she led a coup against her uncle in 1470.  After she succesfully had her uncle imprisoned, then executed she assumed the mantle of the Lady of Paracer in 1471 and has ruled the Paracer Expansion ever since.
Most recently she has personally led the Paracer Ascension to crush the holdings of the Younani, Betab and Saroushi clans and bring them within the fold of the Paracer Ascension.
For all her strict religious devotion, she is the first ruler of the Paracer Ascension to seek peace with the Kali Tyranny in the north.
