Emperor Oghenkaro, 7th of the Ruby Empire of Redin Semudan has been in power since DR 1460 and has spent most of his time since 1465 in a slooging match of a civil war with his sister, the proclaimed Empress Ememchiamo, 1st of the Red Diamond Empire of Redin Semudan.
The Emperor is rarely seen in public and when he is, he is bursting with powerful protective magics and armour and always with the "elite of the elite" of the Semudan legions, the seniors of the Soveriegn Row and the leadership of the Ruby Imperials.
The start of his rule was one of belligerence to any who disputed him or the breadth of his rule and this increased with time. Now fighting on many wars on many fronts, ruling an increasingly frightened and disenfranchised population against foes capable of bringing the Ruby Redin dydnasty to an end, the paranoid Emperor of Semudan presents no public change in policy or persona.
