Kurigama

Kurigama is located in the northeast of the imperial continent. It sits between Cieuray to the west and Solash to the south. Olma, its capital city, is at the feet of the mountains on the far eastern edge of the continent.

While Kurigama has an absolute monarch in its emperor, the emperor is temporary. The day to day business of running the Empire is largely handled by the many layers of bureaucracy that continue to enforce and interpret the various edicts laid down by the various Jade Emperors over three centuries as an empire, and the hundreds of years as a duchy.
