Astra is an Edgevillian who became one of the first Council Members for her race after the Hooman/Edgevillian merge.

Astra wears a long black coat and boots. She refuses to wear a mask as she sees it not as part of her culture. She has a tattoo of a fish up her right arm.

Astra passed through Edgevillian education with higher than average grades. She became a business woman with plans on opening a fish care company, but that was put on hold in 106 AC as she was voted in to become one of the first council members.
