Council Member

Qualifications

Council Members are voted in, usually due to how well they've done in their designated Sector. However, occasionally the most qualified would prefer to be continuing their work instead of being caught up in council business and politics.

Requirements

A Hooman can only become a council member of their designated Sector.

Appointment

There is not usually a ceremony for the new council members, since they are likely to change frequently. They are just voted in by the people of their sector.

Duties

Council members are to update the Leader with progress and potential problems their Sector may be having and to look for solutions.

Responsibilities

Council Members have to attend meetings with many of the lower management in order to keep rack of what's going on. They also have to make final decisions on situations and problems that may occur in their Sector.

Benefits

Council Members get a large say in what goes on in their designated Sector, even if the Leader gets the final say on larger decisions.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Council Members can be removed if they are deemed unfit for the position.
