Garret Velryn

Garret Velryn came from a wealthy family in Neverwinter, and came to Icewind Dale as a wilderness guide. Married to his husband, Keegan Velryn. Garret once led an expedition to the peak of Kelvin's Cairn, but a Yeti ambushed him and his accompanying party partway up the climb, splitting and injuring the party. Garret was able to lead the Yeti away, but the others were seperated from him, leaving him stranded at the base of the mountain. Garret's dog, Boy, ran all the way to Targos to recruit an adventuring party to help, and Garret was eventually saved just before becoming prey to Crag Cats.
