Verbeeg

Verbeeg are a form of lesser Giants of lesser intelligence, known to the region of Icewind Dale, akin to tall, pale men who raid and steal if needed. One had killed Kendrick, the previous Speaker of Good Mead.
The Naughty Boys assisted Rudolph Hauel in finding the stolen honeymead barrels that the previous Speaker had lost. Rudolph and the Verbeeg died during the battle, and a Verbeeg woman spoke curses on those who killed her lover. Sybil saw vibrant pieces of metal in the basket she left behind, realizing (passing DC21 check) that these metals are... not of this world.
