Frostfather Otwulf

Leader of the Children of Auril in Bryn Shander, Frostfather Otwulf is a fanatic. Everyday, he can be found standing on the steps of the former House of the Triad preaching doom and gloom upon the people unless they forsake their evil ways and follow his guidance in the name of the Frostmaiden.
The Children of Auril have grown in power, and continue to convert townsfolk the longer Auril's Everlasting Rime continues to plague Ten-Towns. It was Frostfather Otwulf's suggestion to begin sacrificing townsfolk to appease his goddess.
Otwulf is an older man with piercing blue eyes and a hearty pair of snow-white muttonchops. Liverspots have appeared around his eyes and his cheeks are gaunt with both age and fasting. He walks with a command of his surroundings that is made all the more apparent by the throng of Children of Auril that push townsfolk out of the Frostfather's way.
