Werno the Patient

(a.k.a. Mother Time, Mother of the Mountains, The Watcher)

Werno is the Mother of Time and Mountains. Often praised by the Mountain Dwarves for the spoils she laid beneath the ground. It is without her that all things would not exist. She was at the beginning with Celle the Traveler and will be there at the end. Many pray to her for wisdom and guidance especially in uncertain times through the use of Oracles.
In most versions of creation myths, Werno is the focus of many of Celle's tales. Some accounts attribute her to creating or discovering the earth out of the darkness for her an Celle to begin working on a new world. Without the earth, no plants could grow, and life would not be possible.
During the travels of the Lichbusters crew, they ventured into the desert to discover the City of Glass. When they finally discovered it, they found it to be the seat of power to Werno. From there they also learned that she had the power to control the flow of time and that the City of Glass was actually a enormous scrying crystal that allowed the possessor to view any point in planes that they wished. The crew was shown one thing of their choosing, and then returned to the point in time in which they started the adventure.
