Session 7: Hangovers are great when you don't suffer from them Report

General Summary

After a heavy night of drinking, Gnimble comfortably wakes up in his bed, though a stinging pain on his shoulder, tells him something more than just drinking must’ve happened last night. At the very least, he didn’t feel hungover.   Checking his shoulder he found a rather interesting tattoo to be on it, then headed downstairs to have some breakfast and see his remaining party members. Looking around he only found Eli, sleeping on the ground at a table.   No trace of Tranquil was to be found. After managing to wake up Eli, and enjoying a good breakfast, a strange man appeared in the guild hall, asking the two of them if they would take him to Tranquil as he had a message for him. Neither of them were very trusting of the man and upon checking, Gnimble found Tranquil’s room to be empty.   Somehow getting rid of the strange man, Eli and Gnimble started looking for their friend, retracing their steps from last night.   They visited the tattoo shop run by a little girl, and headed down to a central place in the city, where they found what seemed to be the scene of the crime. A formerly grand golden statue appeared to have once been standing there, though now it wasn’t recognisable.   Continuing to trace their steps back, the group ended up at the nearby guard’s house. They went inside, thinking to find their friend here, only to end up getting arrested.   Each of them was interrogated by a guard captain, who upon realising that they were guild members, was clearly exasperated with them. To everyone’s relief, though maybe most of all the guard captain’s, Rail showed up to pick the three of them up, paying the necessary fees and apologising on the guild’s behalf.   Returning back to the guild hall, it was clear that Eli was now to pay off the cost of the statue that he had apparently destroyed, most likely mistaking it for a dragon in his drunkenness.   Though none of them know yet, how that one night has vastly changed their lives.
