Gallahalla Vaeswan

What the Party knows: Gallahalla is an old elf originally from Longweald in Lleniru . She is the Dragonfly's Healer/Medic/Surgeon. She is good friends with Octavia Vox

For Puddle: Gallahalla grew up in Longweald, Lleniru a small village off of Serafina's Vein (river that splits Lleniru and Zeseakum). Gallahalla followed in her parents footsteps and became the villages' healer. She follows Lathander God of the Sun. Her magic however could only go so far as she would run out of mana and didn't know how to help. Through people traveling to Longweald she heard of a different type of healing that allowed for a more medical understanding of the body which was less magically taxing. Sparking her interest she left her village and traveled to Rabanastre to learn what she could. Here she met a young, brilliant Octavia who taught her how to conduct surgery, triage, and the medical need and awareness in the battlefield. Soon after her initial understanding she gained field experience under Octavia at the border skirmishes between Quaphia and Brakar.

When they returned from their station back to Rabanastre, Gallahalla stayed there. Continuing her medical research in the Medical Wing of the University she learned how to combine her magical healing and her medic training. She was there for Octavia's wedding to Tychus and the one who delivered both her son Nero Vox and daughter Oliviana Vox. They became very close friends. She also became close friends with Tamera Tyrik, Vander Tyrik's mother. She helped deliver him as well. About 10 years later the The Dread War began and this understanding of wounds became crucial when the Dread began to show up. She traveled with Octavia to different parts of Ivalice helping where she could. After 9 more years she was just about as competent on the job as Octavia. At the end of the Dread War Gallahalla worked in the main medical clinic with Octavia helping the wounded within the city. When Octavia asked that she become a part of her sons Airship Crew to protect him, she didn't hesitate to say yes.
