After the departure of Sheddin from the Council's Keep, Galina showed up not but a day later to take his place. The white Dragonborn has a particularly dangerous way with words, seemingly able to persuade any and all to what is necessary. She quelled the Council's anger over Sheddin using ancient techniques from Lo'Shar.
How the People View Her
The people know she pulls many strings but it seems all of those strings have only been pulled to help the common person and relax their life. From lowering taxes to adjusting laws to not be so cruel, she has made life very easy for the people of Belaklara.
