The Diplomat for the Lukanian people. Lumar works towards trying to re-establish Lukania as a peaceful nation in order to propel the continent to an age of prosperity and advancement.

He often will not look directly at his addressee, opting to focus at something he finds visually appealing. If he does look at someone directly his gaze causes discomfort as his addressee tends to think he can see directly into their soul.

He adorns himself in patterned white robes wearing a belt around his waist that holds a satchel containing his trinkets from his diplomatic visits. On his right should is his diplomat arm band which has the flag of the Lukanians on it.

Personal history
Lumar’s history is shrouded; it is evident however that he was well travelled long before joining the military. He now serves as a diplomat and has worked hard towards dialogue with the tribes of Ormsk whilst maintaining relations between Arkai and Marlinia. He does not believe in conflict, understanding that there is a peaceful resolution to every situation although he does not outwardly voice this opinion.
He is deeply embroiled in the military and has access to information that is kept from even the council members though he rarely voices this either alongside the fact that he is a master of the Flow. In his early days working for the military he was often experimented on by the Lukanians who tried to tap into his potential but he held back and led them to believe he had no control over Essence at all.
The one person he is slightly open too however is Laura who sees him as a mentor and father figure. They often meet under the guise of watching plays at the amphitheatres to share information and learn from one another and he will disclose information only when he knows that Laura is ready to hear it.

He hopes one day that Laura could lead the Lukanian nation into a peaceful future and will do everything in his power to make this so whilst not risking his position/life at the same time.
