High elves

The High Elves are elves originating from the capital city of Ishamel. They believe themselves to be better than other races of elves, giving them the right to rule.
The Elvish Senate was formed by the High Elves and almost always includes more high elves than any other type. They are very xenophobic and often dislike members of other races. 
Notable high elves include Kraggin and Ghost.

Major language groups and dialects

High Elvish is the most neutral of all of the Elvish dialects. It is from this language that the others are derived. Generally, non-elves learn this dialect so as to be understood by the most amount of elves.
