Lord Atticus Fogg has been the ruler of Mistshire since his father's sudden death on his sixteenth birthday. He has despised birthday parties ever since.
Shortly after becoming Lord of Mistshire, he married Cassandra, a half-elf.
They had a few children who have all been married off to other noble houses. The only one still left in their home is their youngest daughter, Sophie Fogg. When Sophie was a baby, she and another girl from town went missing for several days. They were both presumed to be dead, until they both appeared seemingly out of nowhere in town square, totally unharmed. Atticus and Cassandra call Sophie their miracle, since it was a miracle that she was returned. The two girls, Sophie and Anna Anvilborne have remained close friends ever since.
When the town of Mistshire started going insane, Lord Fogg sealed the gates, leaving the townsfolk to protect themselves. The only people he has let into the safety of the keep are Anna and James Anvilborne.
Unfortunately, his efforts weren't enough to protect his family. Shortly after the appearance of an Unnamed Band of Adventurers, both Sophie and Anna went missing.
