Wizzleburt Twiddletwink is a devout member of the Cult of the Night Mother. Immediately upon meeting the Night Mother, she nicknamed him Wuzzy, which then became his preferred name.

In 70 3E, as they arrived in Shademoor, Wizzleburt spotted Waywocket the Wicked and the rest of the second half of the The Chosen Nine. He offered for them to stay in his home.
He bathed Waywocket, taking a little too much pleasure in it. He discovered the group investigating his basement and was gaslit into believing they just fell through the open trapdoor.
He accompanied Adam Firstman and Waywocket to Castle Arania.
Wizzleburt died at Shademoor Skydock after being shot in the head with an arrow by pirates.
