Migvor Orcs

These Orcs struck up a pact with the Gnomes of Billowfell. 
In exchange for wealth and power, the Gnomes have payed the Migvor Orcs for their service as a standing army for the technologically adept Gnomes in the city, and to exact power outside of the city.
