Where is Moonscale?

Moonscale, the beautiful bronze dragon that looks over the strange people of Lor-Tai, has gone missing.
The Band of Heroes, upon the behest of Embert, went to investigate Moonscale's lair, just west of Lor-Tai. The heroes found the lair to be empty.
