Founded as the elite cavalry cohort of Fredrick Brasden and his inner circle of companions, the Immortal 99 served with distinction throughout the Wars of Princes and earned a reputation as disciplined warriors versed in the ancient Capetian traditions of chevalrie as well as the arts of Precursor weapons and warfare. During the global campaign of the Wars of Princes, the Immortals received volunteers from many nations. Accepting only the best recruits, the Immortal 99 emerged as a culturally eclectic force comprised of the finest mounted soldiers in the world. They were led in battle by Sir Taylor Meddowes, childhood friend of Lord Fredrick.
