Chalybs IV is concidered a single forge world due to documentation schema of Adeptus Administratum. In practicality, the forge world is a confederation of smaller forge worlds, each occupying one of the myriad of the gas giant's moons.

Council of Magi

Tech-priests of Chalybs extract gases from the planet's atmosphere, which is rich in helium, ammonia, other noble gases and volatile compounds. The forge world utilizes the readily available resources to output cryogenic technology as well as plasma technology along with plasma munitions.

Operational limiters

Due to planet's gravitational pull, the cores of the orbiting moons are not solid, thus enabling the use of widespread geothermal energy. The world's output is tied to the frequency of shipments of metal stock, -ores and -refined goods delivered from Favilum Sub-sector, along with requirements of water and food.
