Blooming Tree Wizard's Tower
This is the residence of Othar Ashen.
The building has 5 circular floors.
the ground floor is a library with an office desk. Book shelfs line the walls with a single window behind the desk. There are stairs that hug the wall.
The second floor is a laboratory fitted with many unique Arcane tools and devices.
The third floor is a bedroom and kitchen.
The fourth floor holds a large teleportation circle on the floor and nothing else except a pedestal with a large open book.
The fifth floor consists of a large telescope and other instruments for investigating the skies and divine planes.
