Kaalim al-Rizk

Is a cruel and evil man. He first came to the attention of the United Nations Federation around the year 2696 during the Second Energy War as the Arabic Republic's chief torturer. Kaalim, before becoming leader of the AR, was responsible for the deaths of countless of people from multiple countries around the world.
In 2714, he put together a full-proof plan to gather intel of UNF movements and defenses directly from a UNF military servicemen. Not a year later, his plan bore fruit, when AR forces captured two undercover UNF Marines who were attending a supposed energy summit. For nineteen months, Kaalim personally interrogated and tortured the two on a secret asteroid base in the Vera System. However, thanks to the skills of one of his captives, Captain Kody Davidson, Kaalim's plans were foiled and he lost his left arm as a parting gift.
