Very pale doctor with angular features in the town of Zatan. Married to Mrs. Jenkins. Purchases meat from Cilas. Featured in Session 17: Atticus Fitzgerald and Rodan Spice - The Meat Men and suspected by Rodan Spice to be a vampire until Rodan Spice was able to see him in a mirror.
